Tacoma Art Museum presents the works of the eight 2007 Neddy Artist Fellowship Finalists. The Fellowship is one of the few large awards grated to visual artists in the Northwest. Originally conceived as award for artists who demonstrate artistic excellence, passion, and innovation for painting, the Neddy expanded to recognize work by artists in other media. This is the first year that ceramic artists are included. Whiting Tennis was selected for painting, and Charles Krafft was chosen for ceramics as winners of the Neddy award. These and the other six finalists will be on display.
